The middle, or entry level, includes a spacious, modern kitchen, a large living room, a study, and a dining room that can seat up to 20 people. Most impressive, every room except for the kitchen looks out over the bay and beach below.
The property encompasses almost 1,700 m2 and in addition to the seven bedrooms there are two separate self-contained casitas.
Casa La Villita has been furnished and renovated with classic Mexican flavor, without forgetting the conveniences of a modern home.
Between the three floors of the huge main building, and the two private casitas, La Villita sleeps 18 people comfortably. Every bedroom has a private, uniquely decorated bathroom.
